Workout consists of: 50 pull-UPS, 50 leg lifts in a vise, 100 burpee (some burpees), 100 dips 150 push-UPS, 150 dips, 150 lying leg lifts, 200 sit-UPS on the press, 250 squat, the bar is 500 seconds. And plus to all this, you can add your own exercises if you want to make training harder.
