Works fine on my Android 12, but I am doing no normal review of this.
This game is TERRIBLE. It is a soulless EA cash grab revival of a beloved citybuilder. All of the love, soul, and fun of the original Sim City's are gone. The entire game is riddled with pay to win and is structured so that even making buildings takes hours of irl waiting.
I cannot express how much I hate this game. 0/10.
