Before I say anything else, 10/10. Without the infinite diamonds, it's an 8/10.
It is a beautiful spiritual successor to the simcity games of old on mobile. Although simple, true city builders will find themselves spending tens of hours building beautiful cityscapes. In addition, the infinite diamonds mod also lets you download creator made buildings - these workshop buildings add even more hours of playtime.
