This is just a suggestion. I've downloaded and installed dozens of mods for this game over the past 3 or 4 months and came to the conclusion that any mod that has the VIP 10 included in it is banned before you can even press start.
What I would like to suggest is keeping the infinite diamond's and in-game currency as Gameloft don't instant ban on that. By keeping the game active for a few days gives you a chance to sign in on Facebook account. This means that people can delete the mod, install via Play Store and still have unlimited currency on a legit install. Gameloft won't make checks on games installed via Play Store giving people the chance to use mods in online events.
The only other way you will get VIP 10 to work is to take out internet connection by modifying the APK but Gameloft are starting to get wise to this and any game that attempts to start without internet is asked to tell Gameloft their age and consent and no age you put will work.
