I'm sorry, but where's that "Cache" you are talking about? There's NOTHING else to download.
Plus, the mod itself is boring, like, you only: stop taking damage and don't waste fuel/ammo/money. That's it, like, can you add more functions? Like speed hack (to walk/run faster), be able to open container in any time, be able to walk when you use stationary weapons (like minigun). Plus maybe be able to get those weapons and maybe even be able to spawn items on the floor or sum. I just saying that because four options is quite small, especially when you search for YouTube on videos about mod menu for TWZ2 where you can see mods with more options.
It's a very good game, but the registration system with Gmail is very bad and you start way behind.
