how do you decode and edit the oob files Ive tried everything I can think of even android studio.I want to mod xplane too if you want my email is [email protected]

user807369, you don't need to edit it. Just unzip it. Use "ZArchiver". For modding search in youtube or can use "Game-Guardian". Downloading files is in details over files. But there you go:
Cache for X-Plane Flight Simulator: unzip the folder to /Android/obb/
