DO NOT USE THE MONEY MOD. This is a beautiful story based game without pay to win grinding or anything of the sort. The entire story circulates around having to get money and how desperate it makes you. The money mod ruins the plot.
Can I rate a game 20/10? Screw it, I can.
Fantastic voice acting, the same amazingly unique art style as before...but now with sections that have rotoscoped video, which looks fantastic.
It is a step up from the first game in every way, even featuring new turn based tactics sequences (similar to XCOM)
In the game, you play as a beaten Jack Boyd after the events of the first game. You've fled to a growing snowy town, but other things have followed you there...
Quickly,you take control of the local police station again, but find yourself with much more gameplay choices than before. In addition to the old mechanics of general "competence numbers", every officer now has 5 different stats as well as a loyalty meter. Every officer also has their own equipment, which takes play in almost every scenario.
Seriously, this is great! Play it! Play it now! 20/10.
