Twin Lakes is a cursed city. It's not that demons are tearing it apart, but "where did I put my keys again?" or "I stepped in a puddle again" doesn't fully describe the problem. In short, on the curse scale, it's somewhere in the middle.

Following the events of The Darkside Detective, McQueen must rescue his loyal (albeit not the brightest) partner, Officer Dooley, from the clutches of dark forces in order to return to investigating numerous strange, often paranormal, and always paradoxical incidents together with him.
