It runs (even on Android 12), but it asks to download data from EA after searching for updates, and I'm assuming EA took whatever repository MEI downloads from offline a long time ago. In any case, it fails to download the required data. Is this just a problem with newer android? Is it because I didn't give it permission to make and manage phone calls? Any fixes?
Edit: After changing phone permissions, it still didn't work.
