Kingdom Lost is an enjoyable open-world RPG with a classic pixel-art style and a story-driven adventure. The game follows Princess Leana as she tries to survive after the fall of her kingdom and gradually rebuild what was lost. The world feels large enough to encourage exploration, and there are plenty of quests, characters, and locations to discover.
One of the things I liked most is the freedom the game offers. Instead of rushing through the main story, players can explore, complete side quests, earn money, improve their character, and interact with the world at their own pace. The pixel-art graphics may look simple, but they fit the fantasy setting very well.
The combat system is interesting and the progression feels rewarding as your character becomes stronger over time. However, because the game is still an indie project, some parts can feel rough around the edges, and new players may need some time to understand certain mechanics.
