GutsOut is a dark and unusual puzzle game where you play as an occult surgeon treating psychological issues... through organ transplants. Swap organs around, create perfect combinations, and fulfill the requests of visitors to collect rare parts for your secret rituals. Your main goal is to resurrect three failed experiments: a demon needs human organs, a creature named Groot requires insect organs, and a robot needs mechanical parts.
