In New York, something terrible is happening. An unknown criminal is testing a strange, highly radioactive substance on unsuspecting citizens. Under the influence of this glowing green substance, people transform into repulsive mutants. Those who are "lucky" die. But there are few of these lucky ones - the number of mutated monsters is rapidly increasing. If urgent measures are not taken, the city will be under the control of these monsters in just a few days.
