Bad Parenting is a linear game that explores psychological and supernatural themes. The graphic style is reminiscent of old cartoons from the 90s, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. The main antagonist of the game is Mr. Red Face, a fictional character created by adults to discipline children. According to legend, he comes at night to bring gifts to well-behaved kids. But is Mr. Red Face's story really as harmless as it seems? The events unfold in a small apartment where the main character, Ron, encounters frightening supernatural occurrences. He must not only survive what is happening but also protect his family from the evil intentions of the mysterious man with the red face.
