DarQ App for Android will let you activate the dark theme in Android 10 Q for almost all applications. On your phone does not have to be obtained root. DarQ will also allow you to activate dark mode on a schedule that, unfortunately, not available in stock Android. The utility also supports the dark theme of OxygenOS, so that owners of smartphones from OnePlus can also set dark mode. DarQ is open source, so you don't have to worry about the safety of their personal data.
