There is a castle full of monsters and traps. There is a hero who goes to clear it. It almost always ends badly, but that's not where the story ends — the hero has children. And they become the next band of adventurers, inheriting not only the sword and gold, but also their quirks.

Each descendant is unique. One is colorblind and sees the world in black and white. Another is so small they can slip through gaps but struggle to reach switches. A third might suffer from claustrophobia and panic in tight corridors. These aren't bugs, but family traits that turn every playthrough into a small experiment.
