Haunting Ground is an adventure game in the genre of survival horror. Girl Fiona Bailey after a car accident comes to her senses in Gothic castles. Who owns the castle, how she got there and why she is in a cage – she does not know. After getting out, she begins to study the situation and in the next room finds another prisoner – a shepherd dog named Huey. So the game begins, you have to get out of the ill-fated castle filled with creepy inhabitants and riddles, control the dog, but do not let it perish, because it is your protector and assistant. Instead of the classic health scale, you will have a panic counter. Depending on the situation, his level will also increase, which affects the gameplay: the heroine will begin to stumble, fall, vision will be distorted and, if nothing is done, a heart attack may occur.
