Part of my "Mid Life Crisis" was challenging myself to something that seemed completely impossible. Last March I decided that I was gonna start taking care of myself and start running. To ensure that I was going to keep on track I registered for The 2009 Disney Marathon. On January 11, 2009 I was faced with the challenge of running my first full marathon. I completed it in 5:38:29. Not the fastest time for sure but, being that 9 months earlier I couldn't even run a mile without stopping and struggled with running 3 miles, Completing a full Marathon was quite a success for me.
