Fortnite has brought back a legendary Mythic item: the Reforged Infinity Blade. This reworked version of the iconic sword from the game’s early days was once seen as the ultimate symbol of domination on the battlefield. Even though it’s been slightly nerfed, it still delivers a very clear sense of power. The blade deals 90 to 110 damage per hit, boosts your health and shields, grants constant regeneration (1 HP per second), restores health when you get eliminations, and increases movement speed by 30%. This turns the player into an aggressive, durable threat that’s hard to stop in close combat.

The sword doesn’t have a fixed spawn location. Instead, a Rift Anomaly can appear during a match, randomly marking the blade’s spot on the map. This makes its appearance into its own mini‑event within the game: whoever reacts fastest gets the best chance to claim it.

Reaching the blade is only half the battle. You still need to pull it from the ground, and that process takes six seconds, leaving you completely vulnerable to attacks. On the other hand, you can also take it from a defeated opponent if the situation plays out in your favour.
