The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest

The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest is a third-person action-adventure game based on the legendary film trilogy The Lord of the Rings. The story of Aragorn during the War of the Ring is narrated by Samwise Gamgee to his children, recalling the great deeds of the Ranger. In the versions for portable devices and PlayStation 2, the plot remains unchanged, but gameplay in the Shire is absent, and hobbits only appear in cutscenes.

Players control Aragorn, battling orcs, trolls, and other enemies using a sword and a bow. In combat, players have access to quick and powerful attacks, blocking, shooting, and special moves that unlock as they progress. By defeating enemies, the hero restores health, gains experience, and builds up battle spirit, which is necessary for performing special attacks. Leveling up enhances Aragorn's attributes, while gear such as swords and belts boosts his combat abilities.
