The main character of the game Drakengard, a young prince named Caim from a small kingdom, becomes a victim of the sinister Empire's invasion of his lands. In an attempt to save his sister from the imperial forces, Caim is forced to form an alliance with a dragon, despite the fact that a dragon killed his parents in the past. This conflict promises to unfold into a full-fledged confrontation as the plot develops. Caim's struggle against enemies will take place both on the ground and in the air: he will fight on foot and ride his mighty dragon.
