Your heroic career ended the moment your battle suit was destroyed. Now, you must sit at the dispatch console and turn a motley crew of ex-supervillains into a somewhat functional rescue team.

Every call brings new absurd situations. You must quickly assess the risks and dispatch the hero least likely to completely destroy everything. You'll have to tolerate their quirks, mediate office conflicts, and make tough calls that determine both the squad's reputation and the city's survival.
